the location was super. it offered easy access to iconic shops and great restaurants. the apartment had everything i needed to cook and prepare meals. checking in was clear and easy. i also appreciated the starter selection of teas and coffee.
the apartment felt very outdated. i feel the photos online are misleading compared to what you actually get. the bedroom was tiny and getting to the wardrobe from the bed was difficult because of the layout. i was slightly naive.

I found the location superb on a pretty street. Design of the apartment was luxury and lovely. I appreciate the luxury extras. The location is in the heart of everything.

The apartment was designed delightfully and very clean. Both bedrooms had really comfortable beds, it was surprisingly quiet given the location.
the apartment is on the fifth floor so there are many stairs. i also found that the kitchen and lounge area did not have any blinds so privacy was limited.

The location is unbeatable. The receptionist asked if he could help with our bags upon arrival (such a great start!). The apartment had lots of wardrobe space for all our belongings. I appreciated the provision of both normal and soya milk in the fridge.
I just wished there was an elevator, as we were on a higher floor. Carrying luggage up was a slight challenge.

This hotel is excellently located. It is seconds from Regent Street, but so quiet on a side street. Oxford Street underground is minutes away, and Bond Street is less than a 10 min walk.

The room size was immaculate! Plenty of space was available. The AC was a lifesaver, considering how warm it was outside (essential!).

The location was acceptable.
The room I was assigned didn't match the pictures I saw online. The furnishings seemed run down, and it felt pretty shabby. It DEFINITELY was not worth the money (i expected better). Plus, there was no elevator. Good luck with heavy luggage.

Mayfair pied-à-terre EXTRAORDINARY!

The location was super central to everything I wanted to see. It was close to shops, Leicester Square, and multiple tube stations. The apartment featured two bedrooms. It included towels, wash facilities. tea and coffee. The air conditioning was a GREAT addition too, given how warm it was.
The windows seemed to be falling apart in the apartment and the sofa didn't seem too clean. The living room rug wasn't either. I DID wish for newer and cleaner furnishings next time. I didn't love carrying my bags up the stairs.
